    This Cote de Boeuf basic recipe for cooking on the fire or BBQ is one of the easiest and most satisfying things to cook for gatherings of any size. The brilliant thing is it is a slowish process so it is great for a relaxed afternoon where the drinks are flowing. The idea is to sear the meat then allow it to slowly cook into the middle.
