Fillet Steak: 6 Week Dry Aged

Often regarded as the trophy of steaks. The least used muscle serves for lean and incredibly tender meat. Butter soft to cut but full flavoured thanks to 6 weeks ageing. A favourite with our kids - brilliantly soft when shredded fine for little mouths.

You made my solitary Christmas Day

Venison Chateaubriand 3 couse kit. Received on time, perfectly packed and easy to follow instructions. The venison was melt in the mouth and as for the bone marrow gravy, it was delicious. The first kit for a single person, thank you for making my Christmas Day. Unable to travel to family in Scotland so had this beautiful meal delivered. So much fun making it and all my family and friends very impressed. Only wish the kit was available all year round. Loved the look of the Venimoo kits but unble to eat bread. I could never have made from scratch at that price.Will certainly shop again. Many Thanks

Excellent quality

Deliciously tender, I just browned the outer surfaces in a frying pan and then popped it in a moderate oven for 30 minutes and then let it rest for 15minutes
