Rack of Lamb
I have ordered the Venison Chauteubriand, Rack of Lamb, Ribeye steak, and ground beef. The communication between the Mac and Wild team prior to delivery was great and Andy was able to share some tips and recipes not published on the website in advance, so I could plan ahead on my end. I really appreciated the personable and quick experience. I have tried the Rack of Lamb so far and it was delicious! I cooked it in the oven with a rosemar, thyme, oregano paste and the meat was tender and flavor was good. Can't wait to try the rest of the meat!
